LVS-500 series low voltage surge testerThe output waveform complies with the surge waveforms described in IEC 61000-4-5 standard, GR-1089-CORE, and C62.45-2002 IEEE standards, aiming to test the surge immunity of the equipment at the wafer and package levels. By using a pulse generator, the EOS fault threshold under surge stress can be easily determined.
The design and transmission method of the pulse source ensure that the waveform performance is directly applied to the tested equipment, rather than at the output of the generator. It can capture and analyze the current waveform of each surge event, and automated pulse fault measurement settings can also help complete this process. In addition, voltage waveforms can be captured and used to determine the turn-on level of the protective structure. These voltage waveforms can also serve as a basis for fault diagnosis, as the leakage characteristics change after a pulse event.
