Principle and Structure of GSH-UGD-Z
The transmitter mainly consists of two parts: a measurement sensor mechanism and an intelligent transmitter. The measuring sensor element is a spherical floating ball. The transmitter adopts a lever balancing mechanism composed of a balance rod, a balance hammer, and a floating ball, so the floating ball can freely rise and fall with the change of liquid level. When the liquid level changes, the position of the floating ball changes accordingly, driving the main shaft to rotate. The main shaft is connected to the output shaft of the angular displacement sensor of the meter head (transmitter). The angular displacement sensor converts the position change of the floating ball with the rise or fall of the liquid level into a corresponding resistance signal, and then the electronic circuit inside the meter head converts this signal into a 4-20mADC standard current signal proportional to the liquid level change. According to the characteristics of the structure, it is divided into two specifications, namely ordinary type and large angle type.

Precautions for using explosion-proof instruments

4. The transmitter outlet uses a five core rubber cable with an outer diameter of Φ 9 ± 1mm, and the compression nut must be tightened;

6. Repairs must be carried out in a safe place.

8. Before unboxing, the packaging box should be checked for completeness;

10. After opening the box, carefully inspect the exterior of the transmitter to see if the fasteners are loose, and check if the accessories, certificate of conformity, and product manual of the instrument are complete according to the packing list;
11. Instruments should be stored in a dry and well ventilated warehouse.
