Precautions for Pneumatic Quick Calibration Connectors:

1. Use within the rated pressure range and prohibit overpressure greater than the maximum range of 10MPa.

2. Avoid using in environments with corrosive gases.

3. Long term storage should be carried out in a dry, non corrosive gas, and sun proof environment.

4. The pressure source used for driving should meet the range of 0.3-0.8MPa. When the pressure is below 0.3MPa, a horn will sound to prompt. Please stop the calibration operation in time and release the high pressure. Wait until the pressure of the air pressure source is met before use. To cancel the horn sound, press button 5 (the switch on button 5 can only cancel the horn sound and cannot solve the problem of low pressure. If the pressure is met, the horn sound can also be automatically cancelled).

5. Do not press the 7th button switch to disassemble the instrument when there is high pressure output. If there is any misoperation, please press the button switch back in time, and ensure that the button switch light is on under pressure. (This button switch comes with misoperation protection, and the button will fail when the pressure at the output port exceeds 0.2MPa.)

Pneumatic quick calibration joint operation steps:

1. Connect the gas source and verify the pressure source.

2. Connect the power cord and turn on the power.

3. Press the 7th button switch, the button switch light will turn off, the interface will open, and the calibrated instrument will be placed vertically. Press the 7th button switch again, and the interface clamping button switch light will turn on. Each button switch corresponds to a pressure output interface.

4. Verify the pressure source to increase the pressure. (5 output interfaces are collusive, please use plugs to block unused interfaces)
