Precautions for portable pressure sources:

Verification steps for portable pressure sources:

1 . Rotate out the cap of the injection port ③ and add 3/4 of the pressure measuring medium into the storage chamber; Reinstall the cap of the upper injection port;

2 . Connect the standard meter to standard interface ① and the calibrated instrument to pressure testing interface ②;

Keep the calibrated instruments clean and tidy

3 . 【 Boost Fine Adjustment 】 ⑥ Rotate counterclockwise (adjustable stroke of about 2cm), and close 【 Relief Valve 】 ⑦;

4 . Hold the 【 pressure handle 】 ⑤ lift and press up and down repeatedly for about 10 times, and open the 【 pressure relief valve 】 ⑦ exhaust;

5 . Close the pressure relief valve ⑦, hold the pressure handle ⑤ and lift it up and down to the desired pressure value, then rotate it

【 Boost Adjustment 】 ⑥ Adjust to the desired value;

6 . Recheck, slowly open the 【 pressure relief valve 】 ⑦ to the desired value, and rotate 【 pressure increase fine adjustment 】 ⑥ to the desired value;

7 . After the verification is completed, open the pressure relief valve ⑦ to release the pressure, and remove the calibrated meter to complete the verification.
