Magnetic assisted electric contact pressure gauges are widely used in industrial sectors such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, and power stations, as well as in mechanical and electrical equipment to measure the pressure of various fluid media without explosion hazards. Usually, instruments can be used in conjunction with corresponding electrical components such as relays and contactors to achieve automatic control and signal (alarm) transmission of the measured pressure system.

In order to adapt to the different needs and requirements of the tested objects, this series of instruments has developed more than 10 types of products, including anti vibration type, corrosion-resistant type, corrosion-resistant anti vibration type, and isolation device, on the basis of the original ordinary type and type.

Considering that this instrument not only has the characteristics of novel equipment, reliable structure, complete variety and specifications, good action stability, and strong adaptability, but also has the advantages of combined measurement and control, simple installation, and low maintenance, it is a pressure measurement and control instrument that is generally suitable for pressure controllers without indication, switching difference adjustment, and external setting devices.

structural principle

The instrument consists of a measuring system, an indicator device, a magnetic assisted electrical contact device, a housing, an adjusting device, and a junction box (plug socket).

The working principle of the instrument is based on the pressure of the measured medium on the spring tube in the measurement system, which forces the end of the spring tube to produce corresponding elastic deformation - displacement, and amplifies it through the transmission mechanism of the gear through the pull rod. The measured values are gradually indicated on the dial by the indicator pin (along with the contact) fixed on the gear shaft. At the same time, when it comes into contact with the contact (upper or lower limit) on the set needle finger (dynamic breaking or dynamic closing), it causes the circuit in the control system to be disconnected or connected, in order to achieve automatic control and send alarm signals.
