5. Usage:
a. Stir the mirror silver evenly before use, and seal immediately after use.
b. Printing screens usually use 250 mesh to 350 mesh mesh mesh (Swiss mesh 100T-140T)
c. Dilution solvent: BL-001 specialized mirror silver oil-water solution.
d. Drying time: 25 minutes at 70 ℃, 30 minutes at 60 ℃
e. When conducting tests, the mirror silver surface should be completely dried first, and the longer the drying time, the better the adhesion.
6. Emergency response measures:
a. If it splashes into the eyes, immediately rinse with clean water. In severe cases, seek medical attention;
b. Fire extinguishing first aid measures: use dry powder, foam extinguisher or sand to extinguish the fire.
Notes:
1. If this ink is printed on materials with poor solubility, uneven surfaces (rough, wrinkled materials), or poor transparency, the mirror effect will be reduced. As the ink is a flake silver powder, it relies on the rheological properties of the resin to arrange the silver flakes well. Therefore, it is best to dry naturally for 2-3 minutes after printing and then heat dry. Before mass production, please test and confirm.
2. This mirror silver has been repeatedly used, and the mirror effect gradually decreases. Please add a new mirror silver at this time
Adjust, please put the used mirror silver into another container and store it separately from the unused mirror silver.
3. When printing, please ensure that the dilution concentration is at the dilution point, as the rheological properties of mirror silver will be better and the mirror effect will also be better.
