Working principle
Through rigorous simulation calculations, a test chamber is composed of high transmittance acrylic with openings. The air pressure inside and outside the chamber is interconnected, ensuring that air naturally enters the chamber with an airflow velocity of less than 0.2m/s. The outer wall of the high transmittance acrylic weakens the heat radiation exchange between the tested equipment and the test chamber, meeting the requirements of natural heat dissipation. The temperature inside the test chamber is controlled to the set temperature value through the detection feedback of thermocouples and PID temperature control heating tubes. The amount of external supplementary gas used at different temperatures is achieved through an automatic gas adjustment device. Multiple flexible installation methods such as direct placement, holding poles, and hanging racks of the tested equipment are realized through an installation platform; Flexible expansion of cavity space is achieved through modular structural design.
