Analyze the cabinet system

1) It is a welded frame structure with steel sections, and the exterior walls and cabinet top are assembled from π - shaped steel plates.

2) All electrical equipment inside and outside the analysis cabinet meets the explosion-proof level requirements.

3) The top of the cabinet is equipped with an outward extending rainproof eave made of stainless steel plate and coated with anti-corrosion paint to provide rain and sun protection.

4) The cabinet is sealed, waterproof, dustproof, with optional protection level and size.

Distribution and signal control system

1) All on-site power and signal cables are connected to the analysis cabin through explosion-proof junction boxes.

2) The explosion-proof alarm system control box panel integrates an alarm signal source indicator light, which indicates the alarm source on the alarm panel according to the alarm action.

3) The explosion-proof controller is installed indoors and has LCD temperature indication, setting, and automatic fault alarm functions.
