Online turbidity meter
The principle of the online turbidity/concentration sensor is based on an 880nm infrared light source passing through an optical lens and penetrating the sample liquid, and measuring the scattered light in the 90 ° and 130 ° directions according to the ISO7072 standard. This online turbidity meter can be used to measure the turbidity of raw water or purified water on filtration devices in different places. Such as drinking water, various production and industrial water, and any place that requires the use of qualified water. The product has a compact structure, built-in backlit LCD screen, data storage, and relay control output (3 channels). The turbidity controller outputs a 4-20mA isolation signal to transmit reliable data for any location that requires monitoring and controlling turbidity.
Turbidity is measured using an instrument called a turbidity meter. The turbidity meter emits light that passes through a section of the sample and detects how much light is scattered by particles in the water from a direction at a 90 ° angle to the incident light. This method of measuring scattered light is called scattering method. Any true turbidity must be measured in this way. Turbidity meters are suitable for both field and laboratory measurements, as well as continuous monitoring around the clock. A turbidity meter can be set up to issue an alarm when the measured turbidity value exceeds the safety standard. Turbidity can also be estimated by measuring the degree of transmitted light intensity attenuation caused by the obstructive effect of particulate matter in the sample using a colorimeter or spectrophotometer. However, the regulatory agency does not recognize the effectiveness of this method, and it does not meet the definition of turbidity by the American Public Health Association. The measurement of transmittance is easily affected by interference such as color absorption or particle absorption.

● Bracket installation/2B pipe support installation method.
The optical system of the turbidity meter consists of a tungsten filament lamp, a 90 ° detector for monitoring scattered light, and a transmitted light detector. The instrument microprocessor can calculate the ratio of signals from the 90 ° detector and the transmitted light detector. This ratio calculation technique can correct for interference caused by chromaticity and/or absorbing substances (such as activated carbon) and compensate for the effects caused by fluctuations in light intensity, providing long-term calibration stability. The design of optical systems can also reduce drift light and improve the accuracy of testing.
