The overflow washing type potato flour milling machine is a potato flour milling equipment developed by our factory based on the successful development of the curved mesh extrusion type potato flour milling machine, comprehensive analysis and exploration of the principle of potato flour milling, and the advantages and disadvantages of domestic and foreign flour milling equipment. It is suitable for farmers' dispersed processing and has a small investment. This equipment has won multiple awards from 2001 to 2010.
[Equipment features and advantages]:
This machine integrates the crushing and multi-stage separation of fresh potatoes, and the crushing and separation are carried out continuously, avoiding oxidation and browning during starch extraction. The produced starch is white and delicate, and the powder products processed with this starch have a white, bright and transparent color, doubling the value of ordinary powder products.
Grind finely and evenly, with high starch free rate. The crushing component adopts a spike roller, which shatters fresh potatoes into silk like pieces through high-speed rotating rollers, with less fine residue and no blockage of the mesh, which is conducive to starch extraction. At the same time, the spikes are sharp and wear-resistant, and do not require punching (forging) rollers, ensuring the continuity of the operation.
The first stage filtration adopts the overflow principle, which fully extends the washing time of the crushed material, allowing sufficient time for the separation of starch and fiber, thereby improving the extraction rate of starch.
The separation component adopts the principle of a connector to ensure that there is sufficient water level in the first stage washing chamber, so that the crushed slurry can be thoroughly washed and overflow upward into the second stage washing filter for drying, overcoming the defect of difficult filtration by only first stage filtration and greatly improving the filtration rate.
Energy saving and water-saving, this machine can process 1000-3000 kilograms of fresh potatoes per hour, with a power of 5.5-7.5 kilowatts, saving electricity. Two stages of washing are carried out sequentially, and the water can be recycled.
Easy to operate, requires minimal manpower, and can be operated by one person.
This machine has a relatively small investment and can be purchased by most farmers. It can be used as an economic project for one household or for multiple households to use together.
