1Overview

The digital pressure gauge is a fully electronic structure, powered by batteries, and easy to install on site. The front-end adopts high-precision piezoresistive pressure core, which is processed by amplifier and microprocessor, and the actual pressure value is displayed by LCD.

It can be directly installed on hydraulic pipelines or containers through pressure pipe fittings (M20 * 1.5) (other sizes of fittings can be specified when ordering).

6.1Button Function

“”Function description of the power on/off key, also known as the "S1" key:

• Short press in measurement mode for on/off function
• Press and hold for 3 seconds in measurement mode to enter setting mode
• Short press to enable parameter modification in setting mode, the modified parameter will flash. Short press again to confirm the parameter modification, and the modified parameter will stop flashing.

“”Backlight on key, also known as the "S2" key, function description:

• Short press in measurement mode for backlight on/off function
• Long press and hold for 3 seconds in measurement mode for quick unit switching function
• In the setting mode, to set the parameter shift and subtract one function, continuously shift or subtract one for a long time

Function description of the "ZERO" reset key, also known as the "S3" key:

• Short press in measurement mode to clear peak values, maximum values, and minimum values. When the secondary screen displays the ambient temperature, this short press function is invalid.
• Press and hold for 3 seconds in measurement mode to reset the pressure zero point display function
• In the setting mode, add one function to the set parameters, continuously adding one for a long time

Note:For the convenience of describing the settings, all three buttons are named with their numbers "S1", "S2", and "S3". In both normal and advanced user settings modes, if there is no button operation within 30 seconds, the measurement mode will be returned from the settings mode.

LoCK：Password input menu, adjustable range (19999~99999), secondary screen prompt "PIN";

The password for ordinary users is "00001";

The advanced user password is "00016";

When the password is entered incorrectly or there is no button operation for more than 30 seconds, it will automatically return to measurement mode

OFFT:Automatic shutdown time, adjustable range (0-15);

'0' means not shutting down, and the secondary screen prompt 'ON' indicates normally open;

The secondary screen prompt "HIG" indicates the maximum measurement value displayed on the secondary screen;

The secondary screen prompt "℃" indicates that the secondary screen displays the ambient temperature

SPEEd：Collection rate setting, adjustable range: 30 seconds/time, 15 seconds/time, 10 seconds/time,

(1-5) seconds/time, 2 times/second, 4 times/second, 8 times/second, 16 times/second, 32 times/second, 66 times/second, 100 times/second;

The secondary screen prompt't/S' represents' times/second ';

The secondary screen prompt "S/t" represents "seconds/time";

SCALE：The maximum display resolution can be set within the range of 1 to 9. The secondary screen prompt is the pressure unit used during factory calibration. After setting this parameter, the last digit of the main screen display value will change according to this setting.

ZErO：Zero shielding value, adjustable range (0-10), secondary screen prompt "%"

If you do not want to display the zero drift value, you can use this menu to mask the display value within the accuracy range allowed by the pressure gauge. The maximum shielding range is 1% of the range, so that the zero and full values are displayed as zero or full values within the shielding range. Note: One word represents one thousandth.

oFFSt：Secondary screen temperature correction, adjustable range (-10.0 ℃~10.0 ℃), secondary screen prompt "℃"

When there is an error between the temperature value displayed on the secondary screen and the actual temperature, it can be corrected through this menu

dSAL：Display limit switch, adjustable range (0-1)

The secondary screen prompt "yES" indicates that the over range prompt function is turned on. When the displayed pressure value is greater than 125% of the range or lower than 25% of the range, a flashing prompt will be displayed;

The '0' secondary screen prompt 'NO' indicates that this feature is turned off.

rESEt：Restore factory settings, adjustable range (0-1),

The '0' secondary screen prompt 'NO' indicates that the factory will not be restored;

The secondary screen prompt "yES" indicates the need to restore the factory;

This function will only be executed when exiting and saving from the "- End -" menu
