Product Details

The EEC-30S dual channel tube rod eddy current flaw detector is suitable for online and offline flaw detection of seamless pipes, welded pipes, and other metal pipes, rods, and wires, and can be used for automatic flaw detection of other mechanical components. The EEC-30S has two independent testing channels that can drive two different types of detection probes or a combination probe composed of differential coils. The two detection channels simultaneously collect data to detect longitudinal cracks and transverse defects (such as joints) that occur in the production of metal tubes and rods. When used for online and offline inspection of welded pipes, EEC-30S has high sensitivity to axial defects such as non fusion welding, hidden seams, and open cracks. It can reliably detect gradual and long through damages caused by welding machine failures during the production process. The EEC-30S adopts human-machine dialogue, keyboard operation, and real-time thermal health operation prompts. The DSP FPGA high-speed data processing circuit ensures the high sampling rate and ultra-low noise of the instrument, preventing missed or false alarms. The adoption of highly integrated surface mount devices effectively provides stability and reliability for the instrument.
