The content and detection range of physical quantities are very extensive. Based on the characteristics of our company's products, single item detection is introduced in the following five aspects:

● Position detection system

1. Press stroke self-locking mechanism

The initial stage of the manual press's downward stroke is an empty stroke and does not enter the self-locking range. At this point, the handle can return and replace the parts before continuing to press down to enter the self-locking range. After entering the self-locking range, the stroke self-locking mechanism begins to function. The travel self-locking mechanism ensures that the press is automatically reset when it is pressed down to a preset constant position. If it is not pressed in place (the workpiece is unqualified), the handle cannot automatically return. At this time, the operator needs to press the reset button to reset (pick out the unqualified product). This institution ensures the consistency of the production process and the stability of product quality. (Travel self-locking mechanism is an optional component)

1. Seismic pressure gauge

The shock resistant pressure gauge is installed at the pressure measuring interface of the hydraulic booster cylinder to detect the pressure changes of the hydraulic oil inside the cylinder and directly display the numerical value of the working pressure inside the cylinder.

2. Pressure transmitter

A pressure transmitter is a device that converts pressure into electrical signals for control and remote transmission. It can convert the physical pressure parameters of gases, liquids, etc. sensed by the pressure measuring element into standard electrical signals (such as 4-20mA DC, etc.), which are supplied to secondary instruments such as indicator alarms, recorders, regulators for measurement, indication, and process adjustment.

● Safety light curtain system

The safety light curtain, also known as the photoelectric safety protection device, consists of two parts. The projector emits modulated infrared light, which is received by the receiver to form a protective net. When an object enters the protective net, light is blocked by the object. Through the control circuit, the photodetector immediately detects the entry of an external object and outputs a signal to brake or reset the press and other equipment. Thus ensuring the safety of operators and equipment.

● Force detection system

Load sensors are force sensors that convert the magnitude of force into relevant electrical signals. In principle, it can be divided into resistance strain type, piezoelectric type, piezoresistive type, and so on. The force sensor mainly consists of three parts:
1. Force sensitive components (i.e. elastomers, common materials include aluminum alloy, alloy steel, stainless steel, etc.)
2. Conversion components (most commonly resistance strain gauges)
3. Circuit components (usually including enameled wires, PCB boards, etc.). )

● Displacement detection system

Displacement is the amount of change in the position of an object during its motion, and displacement sensors, also known as linear sensors, are a type of linear component belonging to metal induction. The function of a displacement sensor is to convert the measured displacement physical quantity into a corresponding electrical signal output. The commonly used displacement sensors are mostly analog output, including potentiometer displacement sensors, inductive displacement sensors, capacitive displacement sensors, eddy current displacement sensors, Hall displacement sensors, and so on.
