1. One injection rapid full analysis

Adopting a multi-channel parallel working mode, the full analysis of 18 decomposition products in SF6 can be quickly completed in one injection. The enhanced version can be equipped with a semiconductor tunable laser (TDLAS) module to detect trace amounts of HF.

2. Highly integrated and modular structural design

The instrument adopts a highly integrated and modular structure design, with carrier gas, standard gas, computer, physical keyboard, touch screen, etc. all concentrated in one chassis, and a built-in 12 inch touch screen for easy operation. The outer box adopts a storm box with a drop resistance height of 1.2 meters, and the modular structure design is simple and easy to maintain.

3. New IC control system design

The brand new IC controlled temperature control system has high temperature control accuracy, superior reliability and anti-interference performance; Equipped with eight completely independent temperature control outputs, it can achieve 20 order programmed heating, improve near room temperature control ability, and have faster heating/cooling speed; The amplification circuit uses logarithmic amplifiers, which have a wider linear range and lower detection limit compared to traditional high impedance amplifiers.

4. SF6 dedicated workstation:

5. Multi column box separation system:

In response to the complexity of separating decomposition products, LX-3100A uses a multidimensional system consisting of multiple different chromatographic columns to separate all impurities in the sample.

  • Due to the varying working temperatures of different chromatographic columns, it is difficult to find a suitable working temperature for different columns in the same column box. Adopting a multi column box design effectively solves the problem of different operating temperatures required for different chromatographic columns.
  • In the daily maintenance of the instrument, due to the different activation temperatures of different chromatography columns, if aging is carried out in the same column box, it is necessary to remove the chromatography columns that cannot withstand high temperatures and activate them separately. The multi column box design can effectively solve the above problems. Different chromatographic columns can be activated separately in different column boxes, avoiding the problem of disassembling and assembling chromatographic columns in daily instrument maintenance work.

6. Automatic gas cut-off protection function

When the carrier gas pressure is below the safety threshold, the system will automatically cut off the detector voltage to protect the detector from damage and ensure the safe operation of the instrument.
