1. Headspace degassing system

2. Automatic protection against hydrogen leakage
The hydrogen flame ionization detector has the function of automatic re ignition after extinguishing the flame. If the ignition fails 5 times, the hydrogen flow path will be automatically cut off to ensure safe use.
3. Automatic gas cut-off protection function
Automatic gas cut-off protection function: When the carrier gas pressure is below the safety threshold, the system will automatically cut off the detector voltage to protect the TCD detector from damage and ensure the safe operation of the instrument.
4. Quick shutdown function:
The conversion furnace adopts rapid cooling technology to achieve rapid shutdown.
5. Logarithmic amplification technique:
Adopting advanced digital logarithmic amplification signal acquisition mode, the amplification factor is increased when the content is low, and reduced when the content is high. After signal amplification, the inverse number operation is performed to restore linearity.
6. Highly integrated and modular structural design
The instrument adopts a highly integrated modular structure design, integrating chromatography system, degassing system, workstation system, nitrogen hydrogen air source and other modules. It has a built-in 12 inch touch screen for easy operation, and the outer box adopts a storm box with a drop resistance height of 1.2 meters.
