Portable water quality tester
The Frog Vision digital pH/ORP sensor has built-in analog-to-digital conversion and signal isolation functions, and uses on-site replaceable pH and ORP electrochemical electrodes equipped with durable reference electrodes for capillary connection. Suitable for complex sites and on-site use of industrial control upper computers such as PLCs.
The frog vision turbidity sensor is based on the principle of 90 ° scattered light, using infrared LED light source and fiber optic as the main optical path, in compliance with the ISO7027 international standard. The optical path and software processing only need to be 2 centimeters away from obstacles to remain unaffected. Can be used directly under outdoor sunlight.
The Frog Vision Online ppb level Optical Dissolved Oxygen Sensor (ODO) tester is based on the principle of fluorescence quenching. Blue light is irradiated onto the fluorescent oxygen molecule probe to excite red light. Since oxygen molecules are the quenching agent of the fluorescent probe, they can take away energy. Therefore, the time and intensity of the excited red light are inversely proportional to the concentration of oxygen molecules. The dissolved oxygen sensor calculates the concentration of oxygen molecules by measuring the phase difference between the excited red light and the reference light, and combining it with a temperature compensated 3D calibration data model.
The exposed conductivity of the four electrode frog vision adopts titanium material as the conductive electrode. The driving electrode adopts a dynamic adjustable AC drive with tens of mV level, which reduces electromagnetic interference to the outside world and further improves the electrode's anti polarization ability. At the same time, the measurement electrode is exposed, which is convenient for cleaning and maintenance, and has excellent performance in low, medium and high ranges.

Precautions for on-site installation:
1. On site, depending on the actual situation, the sensor can be fixed with a 6-point (3/4 NPT) thread or installed with accessory brackets, or other installation methods that can fix the sensor.
2. Fixed installation is preferred for installation, and drag chain installation is prohibited.
3. During installation, full consideration should be given to changes in water flow and liquid level to ensure that the electrochemical components of the sensor come into contact with water. The sensor should be placed 10cm or deeper underwater.
4. The shielded wire needs to be grounded together with the equipment, and the sensor does not support hot swapping.
5. Avoid high-power electrical and high-voltage cables in the water.
Calibration:
1. The product has been calibrated before leaving the factory.
2. Support user 1-point or 2-point calibration interface, slope K and offset B. That is, Y=K * X+B, where Y is the user reading and X is the original measurement value of the sensor. The factory default is K=1 and B=0. Please refer to the company's videos and documents for detailed calibration methods and steps.
Storage and usage precautions:
1. The reference electrode and pH electrode must be kept moist and recommended to be stored in a saturated KCL solution.
2. Before use, the electrode should be soaked in water for 2 hours in advance. It is recommended to soak it in KCL solution.
3. Avoid using in water containing organic solvents.
