1、 Difference in lining selection for concentrated sulfuric acid level gauge:
The stainless steel lined anti-corrosion magnetic flap level gauge adopts a stainless steel body lined with polypropylene (PP) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) technology, which has high structural strength and corrosion resistance, and can be applied to acidic liquids such as hydrochloric acid, alkaline liquids, and organic solvents. But it is not suitable for measuring concentrated nitric acid, chlorine containing solvents, aromatic agents, aliphatic and other medium liquids. There are two types of side mounted anti-corrosion magnetic flap level gauges, with stainless steel main body lined with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and stainless steel lined with polypropylene (PP), suitable for measuring corrosive media.
The side mounted lined magnetic flap level gauge (PTFE) is suitable for measuring liquid levels in corrosive media and high operating temperatures. It adopts a new process of stainless steel lined PTFE stretching and flanging, with reliable structure and long service life. It is a good choice for measuring the liquid level of highly corrosive media such as sulfuric acid.
The side mounted lined magnetic flap level gauge (PP) is suitable for measuring inorganic corrosive liquids such as hydrochloric acid and dilute sulfuric acid. Due to the use of imported high-strength materials that can be close to metals, especially the insulation properties of PPR *, this product is suitable for outdoor water tank level measurement and will not freeze inside in winter But it is not as good in temperature and pressure resistance as PTFE lining, and this product has a higher cost-effectiveness when the temperature and pressure are lower.
2、 Characteristics of concentrated sulfuric acid level gauge:

3、 Installation and maintenance of concentrated sulfuric acid level gauge
1. The installation of the liquid level gauge must be vertical to ensure that the float component can move freely up and down inside the main pipe.
2. Magnetic conductors are not allowed to approach the main body of the liquid level gauge, otherwise it will directly affect the correct operation of the liquid level gauge.
3. After the installation of the liquid level gauge is completed, it needs to be calibrated with magnetic steel to guide the flip column once, so that the display below the zero position is red and the display above the zero position is white.
4. When the liquid level gauge is put into operation, the valve of the lower drainage pipe should be opened first to allow the liquid medium to smoothly enter the main pipe, avoiding the liquid medium from rapidly rising with the floating ball component, which may cause failure and disorderly flipping of the column. If this phenomenon occurs, it can be recalibrated with magnetic steel after the liquid level stabilizes.

Overview of sulfuric acid level gauge:
The sulfuric acid level gauge is an internal float level gauge developed by our company based on the production of plate and tube level gauges using new foreign technologies. Due to the use of stainless steel materials for its pressure bearing parts, the sealing interface is reduced in structure, thus improving the safety and reliability of the instrument. The liquid level display is clear and eye-catching.
Principle of sulfuric acid level gauge:
The sulfuric acid level gauge consists of a body (composed of upper and lower conduits), a flip box (composed of red and white dual color magnetic flip plates), a float (composed of a magnet, a top rod, and a float), etc. The working principle is that the float in the container (developed according to different media and pressures) floats up and down in the lower conduit with the change of liquid level height, and the magnet moves up and down in the upper conduit through the top rod, causing the outer flip plate to flip and indicating the liquid level height with red and white colors.
Parameters of sulfuric acid level gauge:
1. Measurement range (center to center distance between upper and lower flanges): L=500-6000mm, special orders can be placed for sizes exceeding 6000mm;
2. Indication error: ± 10mm
