3、 Control methods and characteristics
The Balanced Temperature and Humidity Control System (BTHC) controls SSR in a P.I.D. manner, ensuring that the heating and humidification capacity of the system is equal to the heat and humidity loss, thus enabling long-term stable use.
4、 Material of the constant temperature and humidity test box body
1. The inner liner is made of imported high-quality mirrored stainless steel plate (SUS # 304).
2. The shell is processed and formed using high-quality cold-rolled steel plate CNC machine tools, and the surface of the shell is sprayed with plastic for a smoother and more beautiful appearance.
3. The insulation material is high-density glass fiber cotton, with a thickness of 100mm.
4. The observation window is made of multi-layer hollow tempered glass, equipped with lighting fixtures, and the inner adhesive sheet conductive film is heated and defrosted to observe the test process clearly.
5. Double layer high temperature resistant sealing strips are used between the box door and the box body to ensure the sealing of the testing area.
6. The bottom of the machine adopts high-quality fixed universal movable wheels for easy movement.
7. On the left side of the box, there is a cable test hole with a diameter of 50mm or 100mm, which can be used for external testing power or signal lines.
