When illuminated, three temperatures of 50 ℃, 60 ℃, and 70 ℃ can be used, with 60 ℃ being the preferred temperature; The temperature of the condensation section is 50 ℃, and the temperature tolerance uniformity is ± 3 ℃. The condensation cycle for each illumination can be selected from two cycles: 4H illumination and 4H condensation, or 8H illumination and 4H condensation. After the first illumination of 400-500H, each row of lamps needs to be replaced with a fluorescent lamp. Other lamps compensate for the losses caused by lamp aging through lamp cycling and replacement methods. This operating mode ensures that the service life of each lamp tube is between 1600-1800H. When replacing the lamp tube, the water tray should be wiped dry and cleaned to avoid the formation of scale.

1. The inner shell of the device is made of high-quality stainless steel material, and the sample holder is composed of an aluminum alloy frame type base frame liner plate and tension spring.

2. The main controller of the device is an intelligent digital display controller, with a user-friendly operation method that is easy to learn and use, and the operation of instruments of different functional levels is compatible with each other. The input adopts a digital calibration system with built-in commonly used thermocouples for accurate and stable measurement. Equipped with positional adjustment and AI artificial intelligence adjustment functions, multiple alarm modes.

3. Radiation source: UVA340 (0.68W/m2) ultraviolet fluorescent lamp or UVB313 (0.6W/m2) ultraviolet fluorescent lamp.

4. Exposure method: Steam condensation mechanism: After a specified irradiation time, the surface of the sample enters a simulated non irradiated state at night. At this time, the surface of the sample is still heated by a saturated mixture of hot air and water vapor in the exposure chamber, while the back of the sample continues to be cooled by the surrounding air, forming an exposed state of surface condensation.

5. UV irradiation sensor (optional) The UV test chamber is equipped with a UV irradiation sensor. It is a high-precision photometric control system that allows users to select the desired illuminance. Continuous monitoring of light intensity is possible. And fully automated precise maintenance. It can make timely corrections to the light energy caused by lamp aging or any other changes by adjusting the energy of the lamp tube.
