Product Overview:
The QBY pneumatic diaphragm pump can pump and absorb various corrosive liquids, such as those with particles, high viscosity, volatile, flammable, explosive, highly toxic liquids, ceramic glaze slurry, fruit slurry, glue, oil tanker warehouse oil recovery, temporary tank dumping, etc. The material of the flow passage components of the pump body is stainless steel, aluminum alloy, cast iron, and engineering plastic. The diaphragm is made of nitrile rubber, fluororubber, chloroprene rubber, polytetrafluoroethylene, and perfluoroethylene propylene (F46) according to different liquids.

The QBY-50 series pneumatic diaphragm pump uses compressed air, steam, and industrial waste gas as power sources, with a suction stroke of 7m, a head of 0-50m, and a flow rate of 0-12m³/H is infinitely adjustable.
Note: Metal pumps are recommended for organic solvents.
