The RYJ-12B drug transdermal diffusion tester is a product jointly developed by our company and the National Engineering Research Center for Advanced Pharmaceutical Manufacturing. Adopting an improved vertical Franz diffusion cell, the membrane is sandwiched between the diffusion cell cover (supply body) and the diffusion cell cup (receiver body), and the inner surface of the membrane is immersed in an isotonic solvent. A constant temperature circulating water bath maintains the constant temperature working state of the diffusion cell, and constant speed magnetic stirring ensures the uniform distribution of the isotonic solvent. The slow permeation of biological membranes/skin and artificial membranes objectively reflects the drug penetration and release process of transdermal formulations.
