1. Overview of SZF Axial Flow Fan

1.1 SZF type axial flow fan is mainly used for ventilation and air exchange in underground engineering and buildings, and is a high-pressure, low-noise axial flow fan.

1.2 SZF axial flow fans are divided into sixteen specifications ranging from 250 to 1600mm according to their machine numbers. The series of landscapes has sixteen specifications ranging from 600 to 160000m. The series air volume is 600~16000m3/h, and the total pressure is 40~1100Pa. SZF axial flow fan series products can be classified into six types: A, B, C, D, E, and F, with a wide range of parameters and convenient selection to meet the requirements of different working conditions. The fan can be made into a dual speed fan, and the motor adopts a dual speed motor to achieve two speed regulation, which can meet the needs of users for performance adjustment at different operating points. The fan can also be equipped with a variable frequency motor and variable frequency controller to achieve variable frequency speed regulation. It is recommended to lock the adjustment frequency between 25Hz~50Hz.

1.3. To meet the requirements of explosion-proof environment, the fan can be made into an explosion-proof fan with an explosion-proof rating of EXdllBT4.

1.4. In order to meet the noise requirements of different places, fans can be equipped with mufflers of different lengths, or they can be made into a wrapped type (shell noise reduction).

4. Processing technology of SZF axial flow fan

4.1. The fan impeller is made of steel, the hub is hydraulically stretched and formed, the blades are hydraulically formed after stamping, and the blades are welded and assembled with the hub. The impeller has undergone static and dynamic balance correction, and the balance accuracy is not greater than G5.6 level.

4.2. The outer cylinder flange is made by integral flanging and spinning.
