Product Features
The boiler is designed as a double drum, assembled, chain grate, and the boiler room can be arranged in a single layer. It has the advantages of compact structure, large heating area, safe and reliable operation, short construction period, and low installation cost.
The furnace is equipped with a coagulation device and a cyclone combustion chamber, which reduces the dust content of the flue gas. The tail is equipped with a flue gas purification device, and the smoke emission concentration meets the national first-class atmospheric emission standard.
A feeding device with a reasonable structure, using a combination of mechanical and wind power for uniform and reliable feeding, with a high degree of mechanization.
The grate adopts patented technologies such as small roller structure and edge grate, which improves the reliability of boiler operation.
The closed type air chamber and double-sided furnace exhaust adjustment device are national patented technologies that use a mechanically processed conical sealing mechanism to improve the sensitivity of furnace exhaust adjustment.
This product can burn waste generated during the production process of paper mills using Class II and Class III bituminous coal, such as wheat straw residue, waste paper, sludge, coal waste, etc., and the moisture content of the waste can be relatively high.
