This model of safety valve constant pressure calibration platform is particularly suitable for the inspection of various boiler pressure vessels and medium-sized valve maintenance stations in chemical, petroleum, metallurgical, power plants, etc. It is used for constant pressure calibration and sealing testing of safety valves.

1、 Scope of adaptation

The following types of safety valves can be calibrated on this model of equipment:

1. Full opening and micro opening safety valves.

2. Metric and British threaded safety valves.

3. Various thickness flange safety valves.

4. Domestic and imported safety valves.

2、 Equipment features

1. Pneumatic clamping structure, clean, fast, convenient, with low failure rate.

2. Equipped with a graded pneumatic clamping structure based on different calibers and pressures.

3. Dual gauge configuration with three pressure level switches based on the size of the calibration pressure.

4. Specially designed double-sided forging high and low clamp feet to accommodate flange type safety valves of different thicknesses.

5. Specially designed low and micro pressure calibration system below 1.0 MPa, it is more convenient and accurate to calibrate low and micro pressure safety valves, and has the function of protecting small range precision pressure gauges.

2. Maximum verification pressure: 15MPa

3. Verification accuracy: ± 0.4%

4. The verification medium is nitrogen or clean compressed air, and the medium source is provided by the user.

This device is not suitable for verifying other valves.
