Project Overview
This plan fully adopts high-definition, intelligent, IoT, and 3G application technologies, and integrates with the business processes of coal mining enterprises under the design principles of "standardization, integration, and intelligence" to achieve visual business management. It is suitable for the application scenarios of coal mining enterprises in managing their mines.
Background and Challenges
Coal has huge reserves and has been widely used since the 18th century, becoming one of the irreplaceable energy sources in human production and life. Due to the fact that most of the mining layers are far away from the surface, underground coal mining is required. Once a coal mine accident occurs, it will cause a large number of personal injuries and property losses. How to ensure the safe and effective mining and production of coal mines has become a focus of attention for leaders at all levels and even the central government.
Article 3 of the Work Safety Law of the People's Republic of China clearly stipulates that safety production management shall adhere to the principle of safety first and prevention as the main focus. In 2010, the State Administration of Work Safety issued Order No. 168, which explicitly required the establishment and improvement of "six major safety systems" in coal mines nationwide to ensure coal mine safety production, and also determined the role of monitoring and surveillance systems. The video supervision system, as an objective, mature, and stable means of safety supervision, plays a huge role in safety supervision and has been widely recognized by the coal industry.
The main problems faced by the current video supervision system are:
Poor application effect - the resolution of monitoring point images is low, which can only solve the problem of "visible" and cannot meet the requirement of "clear viewing";
Lack of security integration - The video surveillance system in coal mines mostly operates independently from other security guard systems, without establishing a good linkage mechanism, making the entire security system appear large and scattered;
Difficulty in networking - Most video supervision systems in the coal industry only implement intra mine networking. Due to the wide variety of on-site equipment, some devices are unable to provide interface development packages when connected to the platform for some reason. At the same time, the network situation of each branch is complex, with both private and public network access coexisting, and only a small number of mining sites have been connected in some areas;
Difficulty in operation and maintenance - After some systems are connected to the internet, facing a large number of video surveillance devices, the workload of operation and maintenance is huge and the detection difficulty is high, often resulting in delayed fault handling, which greatly reduces the effectiveness of the video surveillance system.
Solution
system architecture
The solution of digital coal mine video supervision system is mainly applied to the construction and transformation of digital coal mine video supervision systems at all levels of coal mining enterprises.
The digital coal mine video supervision system is a large-scale networked monitoring system that integrates hardware, software, and network. With the iVMS -8800 platform software in the energy industry as the core, it realizes multi-level networking and cross regional monitoring. At all levels of monitoring centers, front-end systems can be centrally monitored and managed to ensure safety production.
The system architecture diagram is as follows:
The digital coal mine video supervision system fully adopts high-definition, intelligent, IoT, and 3G application technologies. Guided by the design principles of "standardization, integration, and intelligence", it uses standardized industry products to achieve the following functions:
Diversified video surveillance: supports high-definition video surveillance, intelligent video surveillance, and mobile video surveillance, comprehensively improving video quality and security level;
Integration of auxiliary systems: realize the integration of subsystems such as video surveillance, environmental monitoring, security alarm, intelligent control, etc., and link each subsystem according to the plan;
Stereoscopic supervision mode: Implement vertical supervision at the front-end, county, and city levels, with fixed networks accessed through C/S and B/S methods, and mobile networks supervised through handheld management terminals (mobile phones, tablets, etc.);
System operation and maintenance management: IT infrastructure management, video quality diagnosis, bandwidth optimization and control, asset management, log management.
System Features
1) Integrate and integrate underground environmental quantity data, manage and present panoramic data of coal mines, and conduct video review of some environmental quantity alarms;
2) Deploy a pedestrian flow statistics system at the entrance and exit of the mine to record the daily entry and exit of personnel. Once inconsistent personnel are found, timely counting, verification, and rescue can be carried out;
3) Realize the integration of the coal mine entrance and exit weighing system with the video supervision system. The weighing data of the weighing scale can be overlaid on the video screen in real time, which can prevent internal personnel from damaging the interests of the enterprise and underestimating costs, as well as prevent overloading and overweight phenomena from occurring.
