Project Overview
The vault solution addresses the frequent incidents of bank vault theft and collusion between internal and external parties in various banks in recent years. It adopts video surveillance technology, intrusion detection technology, and access control technology, and combines the human defense of the monitoring center with the physical and technical defense of the vault site to achieve remote vault guarding and help financial institutions improve their vault security level.
Background and Challenges
The treasury is of paramount importance in the security and prevention work of financial institutions, and is the most concentrated critical location for human, physical, and technical defense forces. In recent years, there have been consecutive cases of theft and robbery of vaults across the country, causing great social harm and greatly affecting the reputation of financial institutions. Looking at recent vault cases, external theft and robbery cases have become rare, while internal theft cases such as self theft and collusion between internal and external parties have occurred from time to time. The focus of vault security has shifted from external prevention to internal prevention.
How to improve the monitoring and management level of the vault, strengthen the internal management of the vault and cash storage points, standardize the entry and exit process of internal personnel, and build a comprehensive security monitoring system that meets the security needs of the vault is the key to ensuring the safety of the vault.
In response to the above challenges, based on rich experience in the field of security monitoring in the financial industry, a vault security monitoring system has been launched to achieve remote monitoring, remote identity verification, remote management, and remote control. This system enables vault security to be guarded in different locations, effectively reducing labor costs and enhancing the technological content of vault security.

Using video systems to replace manual real-time monitoring of the on-site environment; Using intrusion detection devices to replace manual detection and timely alerting of intrusion behavior; Using an alarm control system to replace manual reporting of alarm information to 110 or the alarm center; Using identity recognition devices (fingerprint collectors, card readers, etc.) to replace manual identification of personnel entering the warehouse; Using access control systems to replace manual registration of personnel information, entry time, etc; Using physical protective facilities such as libraries and gates to replace manual intervention in preventing and delaying intrusion behavior.
1) Simulation+HD mode: In order to meet the development trend of vault security monitoring, the video monitoring of the vault will gradually transition from analog video monitoring to high-definition video monitoring. Considering bandwidth conditions and storage costs, high-definition monitoring can be considered for key areas at present.
2) Full HD mode: The vault is fully constructed in high-definition, which not only enables blind spot free monitoring of the vault, but also provides clearer attention to details. Combined with high-definition applications, it lays a solid foundation for intelligent vault management.
3) High definition+intelligent mode: From the perspective of monitoring, achieve comprehensive high-definition and intelligence of the vault, and highlight the management process of remote monitoring of the intelligent vault, truly realizing clearer high-definition monitoring, blind spots free monitoring, high-definition facial intelligent recognition, and accurate identity verification.

Access control video verification: After the incoming personnel swipe their card/fingerprint, a video screen can pop up in the monitoring center for identity verification
Facial capture comparison: The system can automatically capture the profile pictures of the personnel entering the database and intelligently compare them with the profile pictures of the data to automatically verify their identity;
Voice intercom review: If abnormal personnel or requests for storage at irregular times are found, remote voice intercom system can be used for review;
Remote access control: After multiple verifications such as access control, facial recognition, video, and intercom, the personnel entering the warehouse can remotely open the door from the center;
Perimeter intelligent prevention: Using intelligent analysis technology, it can intelligently identify personnel intrusion, wandering and other behaviors around the perimeter of the vault and issue an alarm.
