1、 Business requirements
Based on the results of basic investigations and making full use of existing special investigation results, in accordance with the relevant technical regulations and norms to be issued at the national level, focusing on the work needs of unified natural resource ownership registration, natural resource asset inventory, and natural resource asset report preparation, taking the "Provincial Natural Resource Asset Survey, Inventory and Registration Project" as the starting point, in accordance with the principle of combining comprehensiveness and professionalism, collaborating with relevant departments such as water conservancy, forestry and grassland, agriculture, ecological environment, etc., to carry out special investigation work on cultivated land resources, forest resources, grassland resources, wetland resources, water resources, underground resources, and surface matrix in the province, to clarify the distribution, scope, area, quantity, ownership, quality, structure, ecological functions, and related human geography and other multidimensional information of various natural resources.
2、 Scheme description
Through multiple multi system satellites such as GF-3 from China, TerrSAR-X from Germany, RadeSat-2 from Canada, and COSMO skymed from Italy, multiple revisits of the shooting location are achieved. Combined with existing fully automated image processing software, satisfactory images are provided.
3、 Scheme composition
The stability of data sources is ensured through satellite data dedicated lines, and standard data production is carried out on the data sources through the ground system of the Resource Satellite Application Center.
