Applicable scenarios

Split type:It mainly separates the working chamber of the high and low temperature test box from the compressor unit, and places the controller and other systems together in another location. It can not only effectively enter the test chamber, but also meet the high testing requirements that require the test sample to be vibration free in the working chamber. Because the main source of vibration in the test box is the compressor unit, this method uses steel pipes to connect and keep the compressor unit away from the working chamber, which can greatly reduce vibration. But the cost of this method will be relatively high, because before leaving the factory, the manufacturer will completely assemble the equipment, conduct internal testing to ensure that there are no problems with the equipment, and then disassemble the equipment. At this time, the refrigerant, copper pipes, and other accessories used in the refrigeration system will be discarded, and then the equipment and some tools such as refrigerant that need to be used during installation will be transported to the customer. After arriving at the customer's site, professional engineers will assemble the equipment, add refrigerant, and weld steel pipes to ensure that the equipment operates normally.
Detachable:At the time of leaving the factory, the original external dimensions are still maintained. The high and low temperature test box is sent to the customer's installation site, where the manufacturer's professional engineer is present to remove the electrical control cabinet on the right side of the test box. This operation must be carried out by a professional. The wiring inside the electrical control cabinet is complex and requires a long time of wiring, labeling, and other processes. After the disassembly is completed, the separated two parts are moved into the laboratory one by one. After smoothly entering the laboratory and arriving at the designated location, the electrical control cabinet and the main body are combined, and the combination is consistent with the original shape. The aesthetic program and test performance will not change in any way. This is also its advantage. There are both advantages and disadvantages. The disadvantage is that it considers the later movement of the test box, such as equipment being placed here for a long time. Then there's no need to worry at all, but if the frequency of later removal is high, Then we need to consider the relocation cost.
