5、 Cleaning method for stainless steel spiral air duct
1. Vacuum suction: Use a handheld vacuum suction tube to operate. Use a brush to directly contact the inner wall of the pipeline to remove dirt. This method requires a large inspection hole in the air duct so that operators can access it as much as possible, but it is more likely to miss some dust and dirt because the air duct cannot form a complete negative pressure condition. The following methods can create negative pressure conditions.
2. Power scrubbing: Use pneumatic or electric brushes to scrub dirt, and then the dirt is sucked into the vacuum collector using the same method and direction as gas flushing. This method requires as much care as possible not to damage the appearance of the insulation material.
3. Gas flushing: This method uses a hose with a nozzle connected to the air duct to deliver compressed air. Design the nozzle so that compressed air can drive dust and dirt in. The dirt and dust dried by compressed air are transported along the air duct to the vacuum collection container.
