1、 Overview:

1. The test angle is designed and manufactured according to the testing requirements for "heat generation" in Chapter 11 of the standards GB7000.1 and GB4706.1 (IEC60335-1).

2. The test angle is mainly used to provide environmental conditions that meet standard requirements for temperature rise testing of various electrical and electrical products. Different distribution specifications, number of temperature measurement points, and external dimensions of the test angle can be customized according to the actual tested sample

2、 Technical parameters:

1. Size: 1000 × 1000 × 1000mThe top can be removed（Or size according to customer requirements）

2. Thermocouple: A thermocouple with a diameter less than 0.3mm and a length of 2 to 3 meters (choose one of K, J, or T types).

3. Thermocouple layout: All leads are connected to one wiring block (or optional thermocouple plugs and sockets)

4. Temperature measuring copper sheet: diameter 15mm, thickness 1mm brass sheet

5. Temperature measurement points: 24 points (8 at the bottom, 6 on each side, and 4 at the top) or according to customer requirements.

6. Temperature measurement point arrangement: 100 × 100mm

7. Plywood: approximately 20mm thick plywood, coated with matte black paint on the front and gray film board on the back

8. Activity section: Install 4 activity bottom wheels at the bottom, with a total height of approximately 100mm

3、 Optional accessories:

1. Temperature inspection instrument: commonly used types such as 16 channel, 32 channel, 64 channel inspection instruments, etc.

2. Thermocouple: Choose K-type, J-type or T-type thermocouples according to the actual situation, and the diameter of the thermocouple wire should be 0.3mm according to the standard (some standards require<0.2mm). The thermocouple head needs to be welded well. Considering that the thermocouple sheath needs to withstand high temperatures, it is necessary to use good temperature resistant materials. 3. Thermocouple adapter box: In order to avoid inconvenience in thermocouple wiring during testing, a specially designed thermocouple adapter box is provided with thermocouple adapter plugs and sockets (which can be classified into K, J, T types, etc. according to thermocouple types). The outer surface is made of aluminum alloy or stainless steel box body, and each thermocouple is numbered. Facilitate the transfer and wiring of thermocouples between the tested object and the recorder.
