Baolong B76 series ink is a type of solvent based ink suitable for screen printing, transfer printing, bright light, and slow drying. It has good printing adaptability, particularly good adhesion to metals, electroplating, UV surfaces, and spray painted surfaces, outstanding solvent resistance, and low drying temperature, which can effectively save energy.

2Applicable scope

Suitable for printing metal and electroplating, UV surfaces, spray painted surfaces, and some high demand powder coated surfaces.

3Instructions for use

① Before printing, dust and oil stains on the surface of the printed material can be removed using anhydrous ethanol (alcohol) or toner (both provided by our company)
② This product is a two-component reactive curing ink. Before printing, it is prepared in a ratio of ink: solid=100:10, stirred well, left to mature for 20 minutes, and then mixed well with an appropriate solvent before printing.
③ The drying of the ink layer after printing may vary depending on the substrate being printed. To ensure post printing quality, please select the drying method and time according to the table below. Choosing a higher temperature can improve adhesion and durability!

4. Precautions

① Please try printing before printing to test the compatibility of ink with the printing material to prevent quality problems caused by different material varieties.
② This product is flammable. Before and after use, please seal the ink container completely and store it in a cool and ventilated place to avoid contact with high temperatures and open flames.
③ This product has a certain degree of irritation to the human body. Please take personal protective measures during use to avoid contact with the skin or accidental entry into the eyes. If accidentally splashed into the eyes, please rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention if necessary.
④ This product has a shelf life of one year from the date of production. Please retest its usability.
