UV metal screen printing ink BL-UV13B series metal glass ink is a UV (ultraviolet) curing high gloss ink, which has excellent adhesion to various metal materials. Due to the BL-UV13B series metal ink's characteristics of never clogging the screen and fast UV curing, it is particularly suitable for printing some fine graphics and text. It has a full and clear printing effect, and can greatly improve work efficiency and save energy.

1、 Conventional performance indicators:
1. Viscosity: 180-280PS Screen: 100-140T (250-350 mesh) Film thickness: 12-16UM
2. Drying time: UV curing. When using UV curing, use 3-4 2000W/CM lamps with a conveying speed of 2.5-3.5 meters/minute (1200-1800mj/cm2)
3. Colors: white, yellow, red, blue, black, green, and other colors.
4. Suitable printing materials: copper, aluminum, iron, stainless steel, mirror stainless steel, mirror titanium plate, etc., anodized porous aluminum plate, phosphating iron plate, galvanized iron sheet, nickel plating, chrome plating, etc., surface coated metals such as metal plates sprayed with powder coating or thermosetting baking paint, etc
5. Adhesion: resistant to acid and alkali, 3M adhesive paper cannot remove oil. Peel off the cowhide tape using the grid method, with a grid spacing of 1mm and 100% adhesion.
6. Features: After curing, the composition is 100%, which will not dry on the mesh board. It has excellent printability and no solvent pollution. The curing speed and UV cured coating have good adhesion, high hardness, and good chemical, water, and heat resistance.
