Product Features
1. Ink does not contain any organic solvents, dries quickly during printing, has strong adhesion, excellent ink removal effect, good printability, and no solvent pollution, making it a truly environmentally friendly ink. Fast UV curing (drying time of 2 seconds) greatly improves production efficiency.
2. After UV curing, it has extremely strong adhesion, high hardness, chemical resistance, water resistance, and heat resistance. It is resistant to acid and alkali, and 3M adhesive paper cannot be pulled off.
3. Strong adhesion, acid and alkali resistant, 3M adhesive paper cannot remove oil, can pass the hundred grid test, and the adhesive does not fade when scratched.
4. Resistant to alcohol, wiped 1000 times or more under 500g pressure (no abnormalities).
5. Oil resistant: Soak in salad oil (at room temperature) for 500 minutes (no abnormalities).
6. Salt water resistance: A cotton ball soaked in salt water, wiped with 300 grams of pressure for more than 50 times (without any abnormalities).

1. Before use, the ink should be thoroughly stirred and can be used directly without dilution. If viscosity needs to be adjusted, an appropriate amount of specialized diluent (UV003) can be added.
2. Suggest a depth of 18-20 threads for the steel plate and clean it with mesh water.
3. The curing speed depends on the UV light energy and the thickness of the printing ink layer. It is required to enter the curing equipment within 1 minute after printing (the optimal time). Generally, one 120W/cm or two 80W/cm medium pressure mercury lamps can achieve a curing speed of 10-15m/min. LED curing can also be used.
4. After curing, UV ink is cooled to room temperature for performance testing
Storage:
Sealed and stored at room temperature of 20 ℃ in a black rubber can with a shelf life of six months. When the deadline is exceeded, please reconfirm the availability and avoid exposure to sunlight and high temperatures. Do not pour back the ink tray or ink stick used for opening the can to the original can.
