The Neway Analysis unconventional core nuclear magnetic resonance analyzer includes MacroMR series and MesoMR series products, integrating the most advanced nuclear magnetic resonance technology available today. The equipment has rich testing functions such as one-dimensional spectrum, two-dimensional spectrum, and imaging, which can reveal the internal structure and fluid characteristics of rock cores from multiple dimensions.
The instrument comes standard with temperature and pressure conditions of 100 ℃ and 40Mpa, and can be customized with ultra-high specifications of 150 ℃ and 70Mpa. It can also be equipped with a high-temperature and high-pressure displacement module to accurately simulate the real geological environment. This ability enables researchers to reproduce the state of underground reservoirs under laboratory conditions, obtaining more accurate and reliable experimental data.
The field strength range of the Neway unconventional core nuclear magnetic resonance analyzer covers 2M-20M, providing a variety of probe sizes ranging from 1-6 inches to meet the testing needs of samples of different sizes, ensuring adaptability to various unconventional rock samples. Especially for unconventional rock samples with low porosity, low permeability, and complex composition, the instrument exhibits higher detection sensitivity and accuracy.
Real time imaging during online displacement process has been achieved. Users can intuitively observe the dynamic changes in the distribution, migration, and saturation of fluids (such as oil and water) in the rock core during the displacement process, thereby accurately evaluating the recovery rate and displacement efficiency.
Equipped with the latest fourth generation nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer and built-in advanced data processing and analysis algorithms, it supports high-speed and accurate processing of massive experimental data. The system also has real-time self checking and abnormal alarm functions to ensure the continuous and stable operation of experimental equipment, effectively guaranteeing data reliability and experimental repeatability.
The dual adjustable probe technology effectively balances the interference of different core samples on the test results, significantly improving signal stability and measurement accuracy. Even under extreme temperature and pressure conditions, it maintains a high signal-to-noise ratio and is suitable for fine analysis of complex geological cores.
