Adopting a well-known energy-saving motor with good insulation performance, low heat generation rate, fast starting speed, smooth operation, and slight vibration during riveting process. While saving energy and reducing consumption, it greatly improves the service life and operational safety of the machine.
The core component, the rivet head, is an independent component designed in a standardized manner, with specific structural dimensions and matching materials and manufacturing processes. The different head shapes and structural dimensions of the rivet head determine the differences in head shape after riveting. Standardization makes the design, manufacturing, installation, and maintenance of rivet heads extremely convenient.
The core component of rotary forging riveting - rivet head seat, with reinforced structural dimensions, is formed by grinding bearing steel. Therefore, in the process of rotary forging and riveting, the use of thrust bearings in conjunction with needle roller bearings results in low frictional resistance, high transmission efficiency, and smooth operation of the riveting mechanism.

Under the workbench, a thick screw is used. On the one hand, it is convenient to adjust the lifting of the workbench, and on the other hand, it avoids vibration during the riveting process, which may affect the quality of riveting. Providing strong support for the workbench is a prerequisite for ensuring the quality of riveting.
The dovetail groove guide rail is used in conjunction with a wedge-shaped inclined iron to provide high-precision guidance while eliminating guide gaps and locking the workbench in the appropriate position. The locked workbench effectively enhances the rigidity of the machine tool and avoids the generation of vibration.

Rivet head - self-made according to the dimensions of the rivet head structure in the manual and the shape of the rivet.
Fixture - Design and manufacture according to the shape of the parts and the size of the rivet head.

For example, when ordering a model, A3 steel is used as a reference for rivet material. The riveting diameter is 10mm, the total stroke is 50, and the adjustable stroke is 30. It adopts a rotary forging riveting structure and has a precision pneumatic riveting machine with a vertical body.
