Overview

The physical quantity directly measured by the WTL-A1 instrument is the liquid level. When used for measuring flow in open channels, a measuring weir groove is installed on the open channel. The measuring weir channel converts the flow rate in the open channel into the height of the liquid level. The instrument measures the water level in the measuring weir tank, and then calculates the flow rate based on the corresponding water level flow relationship of the measuring weir tank. Application fields: mainly used to measure the flow rate of sewage discharge outlets of sewage plants, enterprise and government liquid units, and urban sewers

1. Install the instrument
The instrument display part of the flowmeter should be installed indoors. Indoor ventilation should be good and there should be no corrosive gases. The instrument is wall mounted.
2. Install the probe
The probe of the ultrasonic open channel flowmeter can be directly installed above the water level observation point of the measuring weir. The side of the probe that emits sound should be aimed at the water surface. You can place a level ruler on top of the probe and align it with the water surface by leveling the cover. The water level observation point of Bacher trough is located at a distance of 2/3 of the contraction section of the throat (La in Figure 15); Triangle weir and rectangular weir are located on the upstream side, 3-4 times the maximum water depth passing through the weir plate.
