Water based silk screen ink

The Balo-800 series of water-based screen printing ink is a single component water-based semi gloss screen printing ink developed for various tobacco and alcohol packaging box screen printing, automotive and home appliance film panel screen printing, and untreated PET, BOPP, PC, PVC film printing production in China. For various domestic and foreign brands of PC, untreated PET, metal (aluminum alloy, stainless steel, galvanized sheet) PVC、ABS、 Acrylic and other materials have excellent adhesion, as well as excellent bending and bulging resistance. Using water or water-soluble solvents as diluents, it is easy to operate, cost-effective, odorless and tasteless, and poses no harm to on-site operators and the environment. It is a truly green multi-purpose product with emission reduction and energy-saving effects.

Printing and drying:
① Please make sure to use a dual-purpose water oil screen for printing
② After the ink is stirred evenly, it can be directly printed, and the viscosity can be adjusted with water or specialized diluents
③ When using 250 mesh polyester screen printing, the drying conditions are as follows:
——Drying at 80 ℃ for 5 minutes, passed the hundred grid test
——140 ℃, 60 seconds of drying, passed the hundred grid test

Note: The drying temperature for PVC is 50-60 ℃ for 30 minutes
① Balo-800 series is a self crosslinking water-based ink. Baking at temperatures above 150 ℃ can improve the ink's resistance to alcohol, solvents, and other physical properties. Especially when used for metal materials, it is recommended to use high temperature and long-term baking
② Balo-800 is also equipped with corresponding curing agents and crosslinking agents to improve the physical properties of the product. If there is a need, please contact the company's sales department
