Multi channel real-time detection technology can effectively detect defects such as inner and outer walls, flat plates, etc. of ferromagnetic metal pipelines in real time, with stable and reliable performance and high signal-to-noise ratio. MFL-4008 is not only a complete magnetic flux leakage detection system, but also has the advanced performance of conventional multi-channel electromagnetic detection instrument. The MFL-4008 magnetic flux leakage detector uses a new and efficient detection method to diagnose the condition of in-service equipment due to magnetic field leakage caused by material discontinuities (defects). The instrument is equipped with various forms of sensors and length gauges to meet different detection needs. This instrument can be used for the detection of steel pipes, steel bars, steel structures, steel blanks, round steel, steel cables, as well as the pre service and in-service detection of ferromagnetic metal components such as tank bottom plates, pipes, and bars.
