Usage

Install wiring
The installation and wiring should be completed by professional personnel from our company in principle.
Install the wiring according to the following steps:
①YHXNY-6 Fully Automatic Insulated Boots and Gloves Voltage Test StandInstall two insulation rods into the support seats on both sides of the machine body.
② Install two nylon seats on both sides of the conductive square tube and tighten them with half round screws.
③ Install the two nylon seats of the conductive square tube onto the top of the two insulation rods.
④ Thread six short conductive poles through the conductive square tube and fixed seat respectively, turn the star shaped handle to fix the short conductive poles.
⑤ Place the six insulated boot containers in the corresponding positions on the insulation board, paying attention to making contact with the conductive screws at the bottom.
⑥ Connect the ground wire to the grounding terminal on the side of the machine body.
⑦ Insert the power cord into the waterproof socket, paying attention to the fit of the plug and socket.
⑧ Insert the plug of the external transformer into the socket on the side of the cabinet.
⑨ To print the test report, insert one end of the signal line into the signal socket on the side of the cabinet and the other end into the signal socket of the instrument box.

Maintenance and upkeep:

After using the device, the water in the sink should be drained completely.
If not used for a long time, the inside and outside of the sink should be kept dry, and the electrode rod and insulation rod should be free of moisture.
Before use, the insulation resistance of the insulation rod should be measured, and if necessary, the withstand voltage value should not be lower than 20KV when tested with high voltage.
