Overview
The Nernst 2001-SX zirconia oxygen analyzer can be widely used for detecting oxygen content in combustion processes in various industries such as power, metallurgy, steel, chemical, ceramics, and incineration. It can directly monitor the oxygen content in combustion or post combustion flue gas of boilers, kilns, sintering furnaces, heating furnaces, and well annealing furnaces. During measurement, the temperature inside the furnace and flue can range from room temperature to 1400 ℃. The analyzer provides real-time parameters of oxygen content O2% (percentage) and oxygen potential millivolts in the furnace or flue.

Input function: One instrument can be equipped with a zirconia probe to display the measured oxygen content in real-time.

Output control: The instrument is equipped with a 4-20mA current output signal and a network communication interface RS485.

Measurement range: Oxygen measurement range from 0 to oxygen level.

Alarm settings: The instrument has adjustable high and low oxygen alarm outputs.

Automatic calibration: The instrument comes with an automatic calibration function, and users can customize the calibration time and frequency according to their needs.

Automatic dust cleaning: The instrument has an automatic dust cleaning function for the probe, and users can perform dust cleaning on the probe at regular intervals according to their needs, eliminating the need for manual on-site dust cleaning.

Intelligent control: The instrument can have human-machine dialogue and complete various functions according to predetermined settings.

Display function: It can display the date, current oxygen content, probe temperature, current oxygen millivolt value, as well as 14 primary status displays and 11 secondary status displays required parameters.

Safety function: When the furnace is stopped, the user can control the heater of the probe to be turned off to ensure safety during use.

Easy installation: The instrument can be mounted on the wall with feet, and there is a cable connection between the instrument and the probe.
