Tianguo is an ancient Chinese brewing equipment with a long history, originating from the Liao and Jin dynasties. Craftsmen of a great country, crafting dreams with ingenuity. The steaming barrel for wine is composed of three main components. The pot used to boil water below is called a ground pot, the wooden filling part in the middle is called a steamer, and the pot used to pour cold water on top is called a sky pot.

The ancient method of Tianguo distillation for brewing wine involves slow fire distillation, where impurities are easily volatile, resulting in high grain consumption and low yield. The wine is pure, full-bodied, and harmonious in flavor. Pure manual brewing, pursuing the taste of Baijiu:

1. The entrance is full, mellow, and round;

2. The throat is clean and odorless, without stabbing or hanging, and there is no lining of the ileum;

The ancient method of distilling wine in a heavenly pot does not undergo further condensation, but rather the steam is repeatedly distilled, resulting in a temperature of over 50 ° C. The distillation temperature in the ancient method of heavenly pot is even higher, and the alcohol evaporates more. On the other hand, the alcohol yield of the ancient Tianguo distillation method is lower. With the same amount of distiller's grains, the alcohol yield of the ancient Tianguo is only 60% of that of the ordinary traditional distillation process.

The ancient method of Tianguo distillation for brewing involves repeatedly vaporizing the wine, which carries away some harmful volatile substances such as acetaldehyde that are harmful to the human body, removing impurities from the wine, making it more prone to aging, purer in body, and higher in alcohol content. Therefore, the wine brewed using this primitive method, although the yield is not high, even fresh wine has a good taste.
