The unique structure of the fruit peel residue distillation unit's diversion plate condensation cooling and residual night reflux is adopted, and the product size can be adjusted. The Charente preheater preheating and cooling system is designed, with the original liquor diversion plate preheating and cooling, supplemented by water cooling. In the preheater, a low boiling point substance cooling, collection and storage design is designed to allow low boiling point substances to evaporate and collect in advance, thus maintaining the pot style distillation flavor, making the liquor softer, purer, higher alcohol content, and richer aromatic substances.
