This machine belongs to a single distillation unit, which adopts the advantages and features of the Charente distiller and grain wine steamer. The wine vapor accumulates in the spherical reflux device above, producing a small amount of reflux distillation. Through the extension and elevation of the steam duct or swan neck, impurities sink and distill, and then the wine vapor enters the cooler, where crude wine is condensed at around 30-40 degrees Celsius

This machine belongs to a single distillation unit, which adopts the advantages and features of the Charente distiller and grain wine steamer. The wine vapor accumulates in the spherical reflux device above, producing a small amount of reflux distillation. Through the extension and elevation of the steam duct or swan neck, impurities sink and distill, and then the wine vapor enters the cooler, where crude wine is condensed at around 30-40 degrees Celsius. Re add the raw liquor produced once to the distiller for a second distillation to obtain the desired raw liquor. Generally, the alcohol content decreases. Alternatively, the "cut liquor" method can be used to extract the liquor. The steam produced during distillation, which has a high alcohol concentration, is called the "liquor head" and needs to be separated from other components. The resulting product is the "liquor core", which is a clear and transparent strong liquor. The liquor core is taken, and the low alcohol liquor is mixed with the fermentation broth or collected for secondary distillation.
