Equipment Overview (LPT-I Anti lock Door Sealing Testing Platform)


As a combination of peacetime and wartime construction, civil air defense engineering has significantly different requirements from ordinary buildings. In order to meet the requirements of wartime protection functions, protective equipment must be installed on components that are connected to the outside of the building, such as doors, observation windows, ventilation outlets, etc. The function of these protective equipment is to minimize the factors that cause harm to the human body during wartime, such as shock waves, smoke, toxic and harmful gases generated by external explosions.

Protective airtight doors and airtight doors (hereinafter referred to as airtight doors) are the most commonly used protective equipment in civil air defense engineering. They are installed at the entrance and exit positions to meet the requirements of normal personnel and vehicle entry and exit, as well as the requirements of good protection and sealing performance during wartime. They have strong resistance and good sealing performance, and can block the shock waves, smoke, toxic gases, etc. generated by explosions outside the building.

Our company has developed the FMM-I type anti leakage door airtightness tester, which meets the requirements of the civil air defense standards RFJ01-2015 "Quality Acceptance and Evaluation Standards for Civil Air Defense Engineering", RFJ04-2009 "Testing and Quality Inspection Standards for Civil Air Defense Engineering Protection Equipment", and 14BJ15-1 "Selected Atlas of Civil Air Defense Engineering Protection Equipment". It is suitable for testing the airtightness performance of anti leakage doors. Due to the fact that security doors are usually made of reinforced concrete or steel structures, with a large area (up to 7m x 3.5m), heavy weight (up to several tons), and high requirements for testing equipment, the laboratory space requirements are large and there must be a crane weighing more than 5 tons. During testing, the anti leakage door frame and testing platform must be strictly sealed. The gap between the platform and the specimen is the overpressure chamber. Air is injected into the overpressure chamber to stabilize it at 100Pa (single door) or 50Pa (double door). The amount of air continuously injected into the overpressure chamber at this time is the air leakage of the anti leakage door. If it exceeds the specified value, it can be judged as an unqualified product. The overpressure chamber should be strictly sealed, and the leakage rate should not exceed 0.001m3/h.

The equipment consists of a vertical detection platform and our company's independently developed civil air defense ventilation and protection equipment, including a leakage tester and connecting pipelines.

lMain functions

Our company has developed the QMY-I type air leakage tester, which meets the requirements of the civil air defense standards RFJ01-2015 "Quality Acceptance and Evaluation Standards for Civil Air Defense Engineering", RFJ04-2009 "Testing and Quality Inspection Standards for Civil Air Defense Engineering Protective Equipment", and 14BJ15-1 "Selected Atlas of Civil Air Defense Engineering Protective Equipment". It can install and test the entire series of protective ventilation test specimens, and when using the corresponding installation method, it can test the airtightness of the sealed sealing plate and the sealed cover plate. The equipment adopts a precision pressure regulating valve and a ventilation fan. The equipment operates with low noise and no vibration, meeting the requirements of environmental protection and energy conservation. The average noise level used by the equipment is not greater than 40 decibels. By using capacitive micro differential pressure transmitters and multi-stage high-precision gas flow meters, the equipment has high control accuracy, stable performance, reliable quality, and long service life, and can basically achieve long-term operation without maintenance.

The vertical detection platform is made of 20mm thick high-quality carbon structural steel plate, with a smooth and flat surface. The installation holes arranged in a matrix can meet the installation requirements of any size of specimen, and the specimen specifications are not limited. The vertical detection platform requires a prefabricated foundation, and our company can provide foundation drawings and technical requirements for the user to pour and construct on their own.

The equipment adopts lifting and welding technology, excluding equipment foundation and crane, suitable for the detection of anti leakage, closed observation windows, and protective sealing plates. According to standard requirements, the test piece is installed on the front frame and fixed with fixtures. The wind power detection part is tested using a leakage tester, equipped with an air inlet and a detection port. After the specimen is fixed, sealant can be used for secondary sealing to ensure that there is no air leakage on the connecting surface, otherwise it will affect the detection effect. This platform does not include electrical components, only mechanical customized installation. When making large specimens, the experimental site should be equipped with cranes or forklifts for professional installation to prevent accidents.

Installation steps for test specimens:

1. Install the specimen support plate

2. Place the bottom of the specimen on the specimen support plate, and fix the specimen on the steel plate with a pressure plate on the upper part. There are a total of 3 bolts on the pressure plate, with 1 bolt on the lower part connected to the hole on the steel plate, and 2 bolts on the upper part pressed against the plane of the steel plate.

3. Use flange bolts for all holes on the steel plate except for the test pieceM20x40Block it with a sealing gasket to prevent air leakage.

Power box section (sealing test static pressure box JYX-II)

The experiment adopts a human-machine interactive control system, which can manually control various parts. Using a mobile connection method, the power box can be connected to various closed testing platforms.
