The current standard GB/T7106-2008 was issued in 2008, and GB/T7106-2019 was released on December 20, 2019 and will be implemented on November 1, 2020. This standard has increased the wind pressure resistance of doors and windows to 7000Pa; significant modifications have been made to the airtightness testing method, including the addition of a airtightness testing buckle box, which determines the airtightness of the test piece by detecting the amount of air leaked through the airtightness buckle box. These requirements have raised higher demands on the physical performance testing equipment for doors and windows, and their structures have also undergone corresponding changes.

Once the specimen is clamped, it can be sequentially tested for three physical properties: air tightness, water tightness, and wind pressure resistance; The airtight detection adopts a specially designed buckle box for measurement, and the sealing between the buckle box and the static pressure box adopts high-pressure pneumatic sealing, which can effectively prevent measurement errors caused by gas leakage. The machine adopts computer control technology, selects variable frequency speed regulating fans and high-power constant torque frequency converters. The equipment operates with low noise, no vibration, and can save more than 40% of electricity, meeting the requirements of environmental protection and energy conservation. The average noise level of the equipment used is not greater than 40 decibels. The console is a luxurious steel wood structure, beautiful and generous, sturdy and durable.
