2Before the first use of the device (only before the first use), manual calibration is required. In normal conditions, to prevent misoperation, the sensor calibration area is in a locked state. Click unlock and then calibrate in each direction sequentially. Calibration principle: After opening the calibration for a certain direction, the software will collect the force value of the sensor in that direction in real time and record the maximum value. At this point, input the externally measured force value into the corresponding text box and click 'Finish Calibration' to complete the calibration.

3Before testing a certain type of product for the first time (a product that does not exist in the configuration document), it is necessary to set the starting point of the measurement path for that product. Step by step is to first smoothly install the tested product on the fixture, adjust the knob to the starting position, and then manually adjust the side head to the appropriate position above the knob.
