This detector is designed and manufactured according to the relevant requirements of GB50205-2001 "Code for Acceptance of Steel Structure Engineering". It can detect the axial force, torque, and torque coefficient of large hexagonal high-strength bolt connection pairs (M16, M20, M22, M24, M27, M30), display and automatically calculate and print them. If equipped with a special torque wrench or fixture (special order required), the axial force value of the high-strength bolt connection pair (M16, M20, M22, M24, M27, M30) can also be tested. When the axial force reaches the standard value, the detector emits a buzzing sound and records the detection data. At the same time, the detector automatically calculates the torque coefficient based on the detected axial force and torque and displays it automatically; After a set of experiments is completed, the detector automatically calculates the average axial force, average torque, average torque coefficient, standard deviation, and coefficient of variation of N specimens; Enter the test number, model, grade, and specifications of the high-strength bolt, etc; The control system can cyclically update and store 32 sets of data, and can read and print them at any time.
It has parameter backup and recovery functions, automatic calibration functions, and peak holding monitoring and sensor overload protection prompts according to the detection requirements of high-strength bolts. In order to facilitate users to connect with computers, an RS232 interface has been set up; The data can be transmitted to a computer for further processing before printing out a report (special order required).
