Multi gear timing setting 1. The instrument should be fully charged before use, and the sampling time should be set according to the sampling needs. Then, the digital switch should be turned to the corresponding timing gear (such as the "3" position, where the sampling working time is 4 hours). And turn on the power switch of the receiver upwards, and the indicator light will turn on, indicating the start of sampling. The timing accuracy can be verified with a stopwatch. When collecting gas, the instrument should first connect a filter at the inlet to prevent liquid or particles from being sucked into the machine and affecting the flow rate. If it is used in conjunction with a solid adsorption tube for sampling, the liquid should not enter the adsorption tube to prevent the adsorbent from expanding and the instrument from working properly. If accidentally inhaled into the machine, distilled water should be injected immediately, cleaned several times, then anhydrous ethanol should be inhaled, and the instrument should be run without load for about half an hour to fully discharge the anhydrous ethanol. Generally, normal technical indicators can be restored. If it cannot be ruled out after cleaning, it should be sent back to our factory for repair or maintained at a designated location. 3. The instrument should be fully charged and placed. If it is not used for a long time, maintenance charging should be carried out every 2-3 months to ensure that the battery has good performance. Do not use a dedicated power source that is not compatible with this instrument for charging. When the instrument is in the shutdown state, the control valve handle should be released to avoid long-term compression of the trachea by the control valve handle, which may affect the flow rate.
LCD screen display 1. Preparation before sampling: Optional built-in battery: The instrument should use 6 5 # 1.5V dry batteries or 1.2V nickel hydrogen high-capacity rechargeable batteries as the built-in working power supply. To equip the battery, open the battery back cover, insert it into the battery box, and press the start button to check if the built-in battery level meets the requirements for instrument operation and sampling. If the instrument displays undervoltage or fails to meet the sampling time requirements, it should be charged immediately or powered by a dedicated stable power supply. The charging time usually takes about 16 hours. The working voltage of the regulated power supply is 220V 50HZ, with an output voltage of 9V and a current of 300MA. As a working power supply, the stabilized power supply should be set to the stabilized position, inserted into the power socket, and connected to a 220V 50HZ AC power supply. 2. On site sampling: a. Firstly, place the absorption bottle holder on the inlet and outlet nozzles of the instrument and fix it in place. Then, connect it to the inlet nozzle with a hose filter to prevent dust and absorption liquid from being sucked into the pump body, which may affect the efficiency of the instrument. b. Select absorbent or solid adsorbent according to sampling requirements, and then connect the selected sampling device to the filter with a rubber hose. (Attention should be paid to checking the airtightness of the connection parts to prevent surface air leakage, which may affect the sampling effect) c. Set the sampling time, press the "OK" button to start sampling, then adjust the flow control valve to adjust the flow rate to the required value for sampling. The instrument will subtract 1 minute for sampling, and after the sampling is complete, it will display "over" and retain the sampling time. d. If the operation is careless and the absorption liquid is sucked into the pump body, the sampler should be inverted and washed several times with distilled water, and then anhydrous ethanol should be sucked in. The instrument should be operated in an unloaded state for about half an hour, and the instrument can only be used for sampling after confirming that the ethanol is fully discharged. If particles or fibers are inhaled and cannot be eliminated after cleaning, they should be sent back to our factory for maintenance or repaired at a designated location.

Display automatic flashing in the sampling or automatic shutdown time setting, indicating undervoltage, and the instrument should be recharged in a timely manner. (Standard charging time takes 16 hours) 3. This instrument is covered by a one-year warranty. During the warranty period, any malfunction in the instrument's performance during normal use will be covered by the warranty. (The consumption of rechargeable batteries and the suction of debris by the pump are not included in the secondary) If the instrument is not used for a long time, the battery pack should be regularly recharged for maintenance purposes every month to ensure that the battery has good working performance.
