Detection range of organic phosphorus pesticide detector:

Instrument principle:
1. Detection principle: A microcontroller is used to control parameters such as temperature and time, and combined with biochemical reactions to perform semi quantitative detection of organic phosphorus and carbamate pesticides in vegetables, fruits, and other foods.
2. Biochemical reaction principle: Acetylcholinesterase (white tablet) in the rapid test card can catalyze the hydrolysis of indophenol acetate (red tablet) into acetic acid and indophenol. Due to the inhibitory effect of organophosphorus and carbamate pesticides on acetylcholinesterase activity, the color of the catalyzed hydrolysis changes. Therefore, based on the color intensity of the results, the residual situation of organophosphorus or carbamate pesticides in the sample can be determined
