Continuous distillation equipment

The distillation equipment independently developed by Jixun Brewing Equipment Factory is a specialized distillation equipment for grain liquor developed according to customer requirements and market research. It can also be used for the distillation of brandy, improving the taste and quality of the original liquor.

The continuous distillation unit has been put into the market with ideal results. This equipment can preheat in advance, continuously distill without re distillation, and produce high alcohol in one go, achieving thermal energy conversion. The equipment is designed with a high-purity distillation system and a low boiling point fusel separation system, greatly improving the quality of the original alcohol.

Taking 1000L as an example:

1. Production efficiency: Each pot contains 1000L of raw materials, and three pots can be fed 3000L at once. Without stopping production, continuous distillation for about 8-10 hours can complete three pots, and normally one pot can be completed in just over 2 hours.

2. Material: Copper and 304.

3. Each distillation pot of this equipment can be equipped with a stirrer, which can ensure that the pot is not burnt during distillation, and the heat conduction is uniform, suitable for distilling viscous raw materials such as grains.

4. Complete distillation in one go, no need for secondary distillation, no repeated distillation.

5. Continuously produce alcohol at 55-80 degrees Celsius, and reach the aging degree at once.

6. Short term rapid distillation does not lose the original fruit aroma, the fruit wine has a rich aroma, and does not crack beneficial substances.

7. No wine tail, no loss of original wine, low alcohol wine and high alcohol wine, no residue of original wine liquid, no repeated distillation loss of low alcohol wine.

8. Without the complex operation of pinching the beginning, middle, and end of the wine, highly distilled raw wine can be continuously produced with significant aging time.

9. The distillation pot is designed with a low boiling point impurity volatile emission valve, which effectively cuts off low boiling point impurities, resulting in a softer and purer wine quality. It has the characteristics of rich aromatic substances in pot distillation and high purity of ethanol in tower distillation.

10. The distillation system is designed with low impurity volatilization function, which can effectively remove low impurities from the raw materials in the early stage of distillation.

11. The alcohol content is stable and stable, and the separation of alcoholic beverages is reasonable.

13. Continuous and uninterrupted distillation significantly shortens the operation and distillation time, effectively reducing impurities and eliminating the need to accept low alcohol liquor. 14. Install anti negative pressure devices to prevent malfunctions.

15. Install anti high pressure relief devices to prevent malfunctions.
